Can I pay with someone else’s credit card?

Yes. For security reasons, however, our Accounting Department may contact the rightful
cardholder to verify the order and the identity of the cardholder. Please note that paying with
someone else’s credit card will lengthen your credit card verification process and you must
receive prior consent from the rightful credit card owner.

Which credit cards do you accept?

We currently accept major international credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American
Express and JCB. RollYeah.com guarantees that your online transaction will be secure and
that your credit information will be protected. All transactions are billed only when the order is
dispatched. We guarantee that you will not be billed for any additional charges not associated

What currency will be charged on my credit card?

All transactions will be charged in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) only.

What is CVC?

When paying via credit card, you are required to input your credit card’s CVC number each
time you place an order.
CVC (Card Verification Code) is an authentication procedure established by credit card
companies to provide greater security for Internet transactions. Also known as CVV (Card
Verification Value) or CSC (Card Security Code), this 3- or 4- digit code is different from
the standard credit card number, and can be found on the front or back of the credit card
depending on the type of card. By entering the code during online transactions, the card
holder verifies that the card is currently in their possession, thereby reducing the risk of credit
card fraud.

How does CVC work?

The CVC is generated by encrypting the credit card number and expiry date with an
encryption key known only to the issuing bank. This number is not stored on a credit card’s
magnetic stripe, so it cannot be collected during normal offline purchases, and will not appear
on any sales receipts or billing statements. As such, the only way to obtain the CVC number
is to have the card in one’s possession. After entering the CVC during an online transaction,
the number is sent to the issuing bank to verify that the card number and CVC match. This
validates that the credit card user had the actual physical credit card in hand when they
placed the order.

Where can I find the CVC number?

On a Visa or MasterCard, the CVC is a three-digit number located on the back of the card,
usually in the signature stripe or to the right of it. On some cards, the CVC number will be
printed on the back of the card after a full reprinting of the credit card number, or the last
four digits of the credit card number. On an American Express card, the CVC (called the CID
on American Express) is a four-digit code located on the front of the card, usually printed
(and not embossed) to the right of the credit card number. Please note the CVC number is a
different number than your standard credit card number.

Will my CVC number be stored with my credit card profile?

No. For your own security, RollYeah.com will not save your CVC number in your credit card
profile.

when I place an order?

To provide a safe online shopping experience and protect customers from unauthorized credit
card use, RollYeah works with Retail Decisions to check transactions for fraudlent activity.

Can I change my payment method after I’ve placed an order?

After your order has been placed, but before it has been dispatched, you may change your
payment method from a credit card to a non-credit card payment method. However, you
cannot change your payment method from a non-credit card method to a credit card.
For example, you may change your payment method from credit card to PayPal, direct
deposit, or check or money order payment. However, you may not change your payment
method from PayPal to credit card. Please ensure that you have selected your preferred
payment method before confirming your purchase.
To change your payment method, please contact Customer Service before the delivery of
your order is arranged. If your order has already been dispatched, your request to change
payment method cannot be processed.

What is your credit card verification procedure?

Most credit card verifications are done automatically online by our payment gateway.
However, we believe that providing maximum protection to our valued customers is essential.
Thus, we may ask our customers for additional credit card information such as monthly credit card statement copies or an actual copy of the credit card in order to ensure that we are dealing with the rightful cardholder. This process is not required for every transaction and is in place to minimize the possibility of unauthorized usage of your credit card. During the credit card verification process, your “My Account” order status will be displayed as “Verifying”. The verification usually takes 1 – 2 business days or longer if our Accounting Department requires additional information.

When will my card be billed?

We guarantee that your credit card will not be billed until your order is dispatched.

receive online payments using their credit card or bank account.

How can I start using PayPal to pay for RollYeah.com orders?

You will need to first open an account with PayPal. PayPal accepts payment through either
money transfer or credit card payment.

What if I decide not to continue my order after I have clicked the ”Pay” button?

Under such circumstances, we will not consider this to be a valid order. However, payment
will still be transferred from PayPal to RollYeah.com as long as you have clicked the “Pay” button. Please note that any refunds that you are entitled to as a result of this transaction will be processed as RollYeah Credit on the next business day.

What if I need to add any items after I placed my order successfully with PayPal?

If you add items to your order resulting in an order total greater than that of the original order,
you will have to go to PayPal to arrange additional payment for the difference before we can
continue processing your order.
Once we receive the additional payment from PayPal, we will continue processing your order
on the next business day.

How do I pay with PayPal?

There are two ways to pay using PayPal: Normal Checkout and Express Checkout.
How to pay using Normal Checkout
- After placing items in your Shopping Cart, hit the “Proceed to Secure Checkout” button.
- Enter your email address and password in the fields indicated by the tab marked “Account
Sign In”.
- At the “Payment” stage in the checkout process, choose PayPal as your payment option. If
you already have another payment method set as your default, click the “Change” button next
to your payment type at the “Review” stage of the checkout process to switch to PayPal. Click
the “Continue” button to proceed.
- You will be redirected to the PayPal website. Login to your PayPal account and click “Pay”.
- Click “Continue” to return to RollYeah.com.
- Return to the “Review” stage of the checkout process. Note that PayPal has now been
specified as the payment method.
- Click the “Place Order” button and an order number will be created for processing.
How to pay using Express Checkout:
- After placing items in your Shopping Cart, hit the “Proceed to Secure Checkout” button.
- Click the tab marked “Sign In & Checkout with PayPal” and enter your email address
and password in the indicated fields. Click the “Sign In & Checkout with PayPal” button to
proceed.
- You will be redirected to the PayPal website. Login to your PayPal account and click “Pay.”
- Choose your shipping address saved at PayPal.com and confirm your payment.
- You will be directed back to the RollYeah.com Checkout page.
- Click the “Place Order” button and an order number will be created for processing.

What if my computer crashes or my Internet connection experiences problems during my PayPal payment transaction?

1. After pressing “Pay”
Payment will still be transferred from PayPal to RollYeah.com as long as you have clicked
the “Pay” button. Please sign in to your RollYeah.com account and proceed to your shopping
cart to process a replacement order with us.
Assuming that you will be purchasing the same items again, you will not be prompted with the
PayPal login screen again. Our checkout system will take you directly to the final page with
the order number.
If the total for your new order amount is different from the previous order, you will need to
go through the PayPal payment process as if you were placing a new order with us. (Please
note that this will mean that we will receive a new payment from PayPal and that all excess
amounts will be refunded to your PayPal account by the next business day.)
2. When returning to RollYeah.com
Under such circumstances, payment will be transferred from PayPal to RollYeah.com as long
as you have clicked the “Pay” button. However, we will not consider this to be a valid order.
Please note that any refunds that you are entitled to for this transaction will be processed as
RollYeah Credit on the next business day.

I have paid using PayPal and my account shows that RollYeah.com has received payment, but why is my order still on hold for processing?

RollYeah.com may pursue further verification to insure that PayPal payments are made
without error. This may result in extra processing time, but is being done to ensure customer
security.

Why am I asked to confirm my PayPal account payment information, such as name, e-mail address and shipping address?

Asking for your PayPal account information ensures that you are the rightful account holder
and minimizes the possibility of any unauthorized usage of your PayPal account.

Why am I asked to become a verified PayPal user?

Becoming a verified PayPal user helps reduce the risk of fraudulent use of your PayPal
account, and speeds up payment verification. Your orders will be processed more quickly and
safely if you become a verified PayPal user.

Can I leave order-related questions or requests on my PayPal payment details?

Due to security issues, our customer service team cannot check messages left on your
PayPal payment details. If you wish to edit your order or make any special requests, please
contact our customer service team directly.

Can I use eCheck PayPal payments?

You may check your PayPal account for the specific clearing date. Orders paid using this
method will be put on hold until payment has been confirmed.

I’ve sent payment already but why am I being sent a non-payment email stating that my order will be cancelled?

If you made your payment via eCheck then it may not have cleared yet. If this is the case,
please don’t worry as we re-process the order once your payment has successfully cleared.
If you have further questions or need more details, please e-mail our Customer Service team
and include your PayPal transaction ID for reference.

If some or all of the items in my order are cancelled due to availability issues, will I receive a PayPal refund?

Our system will automatically process a PayPal refund if an order is cancelled or partially
cancelled due to unavailable items. Refunds will occur when the available items are
dispatched or the entire order has been confirmed as unavailable. Customers may also
choose to receive a refund in the form RollYeah Credit.

Who is responsible for paying any PayPal handling fees for payment and refund processing?

RollYeah.com will shoulder the PayPal handling fees for customer orders or refunds if the
order was originally paid via Paypal. However, PayPal may charge customers a handling fee
if they choose to transfer money from their PayPal account to their bank account. For specific
details, please visit the PayPal website.

What currency is used when paying by PayPal at RollYeah.com?

RollYeah.com only accepts PayPal payments in Hong Kong dollars (HKD). RollYeah.com will
not be responsible for any handling charges, service fees or exchange rate differences that
may arise from the transaction.

How do I pay by direct deposit?

1. Place your order and select “Direct Deposit” as the payment method.
2. Perform a bank transfer (via ATM or bank teller) from your account to ROLLYEAH’s Hong
Kong bank account:

3. Upload your receipt through our Receipt Uploading System.
4. Once we have successfully received your payment, we will verify it with our bank and

but please ensure that our bank account numbers are clearly indicated:
- Over the counter deposit slips
- ATM deposit slips
- Printed copy of Internet bank transfer receipt

RollYeah.com will not be responsible for any handling fees or service charges that may arise
from your transaction. We suggest that your make sure to transfer an exact amount when
making a direct deposit payment to our bank account.

Why is ”Verifying” still showing after I have made a direct deposit?

Upon receiving a receipt of payment, we will need to make further verifications. Please note
that this verification process can take up to two (2) business days. We will approve your order as soon as payment confirmation is received from the bank.
